About

It has thick, elliptic to obovate leaves which are 1 to 4 cm long and 5 to 25 mm wide. It produces white flowers in cymes between spring and autumn, followed by rounded, red fruits which are about 8 mm in diameter

It can grow up to 2 metres in height, but is more often less than 50 cm high
