A white shell that is somewhat tongue shaped with visible concentric growth laminae the posterior margin is broader than the beak and more rounded

Size

Can grow to around 70mm Long

Habitat

Can be found burrowing in and and mud subtidally.

Most australian states from Western Australia to Queensland including around Tasmania
