About

A small conical shellit is whitish or corneous in colour, marked above with zigzag radiating stripes that may be broken into dots or flecks of dark browns to black.

Size

Can grow to around 10mm in size

Habitat

Can be found living amoungst the seaweeds and seagrasses in subtidal waters

Distribution

Southeastern Australia from NSW to Victoria and around Tasmania
