About

It is a pale green herb with conspicuous yellow flower heads it has narrow leaves some of which have loose covering of webby hairs. It flowers from August to December.

NOTE: This species was incorrectly labelled throughout mainland Australia. This species is endemic to Tasmania the mainland species is Craspedia variabilis

Can grow to around 40cm tall

Habitat

Variable habitate from pastures to heathlands and forests

Distribution

Endemic to Tasmania
