This species is more land snail than sea snail the shell is thick and conical in shape with rounded whorls and features indistinct growth lines coloured brown with dark brown zigzag markings

Size

Can grow to around 20mm

Habitat

Semi-marine, interidal zones on mud flats and salt marshes

Distribution

From Qld to SA including Tasmania
