Phasianotrochus irisodontes (Quoy & Gaimard, 1834)

A solid shell that has an elongated conical shape it's colour is varied but normally yellowish to green or pink with reddish or olive longitudinal lines. Speciemens are commonly washed up and often you can only see the mother-of-pearl basal layer.
