About

A right winged grasshopper that features (Pronotum rugose) a wrinkled or corrugated plate that covers the dorsal (top) of the thorax. The femur is barred and the inside of the legs has some red colouring.

Size

Can grow to around 20mm

Habitat

Seems to be around sandy soils

Distribution

Found near the coast from north of Geraldton, along the south coast to Victoria and Tasmania
